With reference to section 4 of Ordinance

No. 16 of 1911, I have the honour to inform you that it will be

necessary to institute in this Colony a Register of Honey-

-lenders as from the 1st. of next January and I shall be glad if

for this purpose I can be supplied with a specimen page of the

Register in use in England and with specimens of any other

forms in use under the Money-lenders Act 1900 which are likely

to be of use to this Government.
